Design + Retail Sale
Already working with a contractor? Our design and retail service lets you partner with a KRB designer to develop your space and source every material, while keeping your existing installer in place. You get the expertise and product access of a full-service design firm without the full build commitment.
1. Initial Consultation
Your first step is a conversation. Meet with your designer in our showroom to walk through your project: share reference photos, discuss your priorities, talk through how you use the space day-to-day, explore materials, and define the scope of work. You'll leave with a projected investment range and a clear picture of what comes next.
2. Project Development
A Project Development Agreement and ten percent down of the median estimated opinion of cost initiates the full design process, from detailed design plans through material selections and a fixed-fee construction contract. This payment is applied in full toward your project when you move forward with KRB. With the agreement in place, your designer visits your home to take precise measurements and observe existing conditions, informing every design decision that follows.
4. Design
With precise measurements and a clear understanding of how you live in your space, your designer develops layout options that address both how the room looks and how it functions. You'll review the plan together and refine until every detail is right.
5. Select
Our Stratham showroom carries everything your project requires. Your designer will walk you through every finish, material, and fixture, keeping the overall design cohesive and aligned with your investment.
6. Procure
Once selections are finalized, we place and manage every order through our vendor network and keep you informed as materials arrive and are confirmed.
7. Pickup
When everything is ready, materials are available for pickup directly from our warehouse—organized, accounted for, and ready to hand off to your contractor.
