You’ll meet one-on-one with a member of our design team in our Stratham showroom, where the conversation centers on your space, how you use it, and the general direction you’re drawn to in terms of materials and scope. If you have inspiration saved somewhere, whether that’s a Pinterest board, a Houzz collection, or photos on your phone, bring it along. It will help your designer understand your aesthetic instincts, even if the specifics come later.

Most design processes begin with a site visit. At KRB, we invite you into our home first. Our Stratham showroom spans over 2,500 square feet of kitchen and bathroom displays, and there is simply no substitute for being in the space. Being surrounded by materials and assorted displays gives you a clearer sense of what you’re drawn to, and we think that clarity is essential before any planning begins.
Talking Through Your Investment
Based on the scope of your project and the types of materials you’re drawn to, your designer will walk you through a Preliminary Opinion of Cost—an investment range that gives you a realistic sense of what your project would involve financially. This isn’t a line-item estimate; it’s a starting range designed to give you a clear picture before the process begins. In our experience, clients who move forward find that their final project investment lands close to that initial range—barring any unexpected discoveries during construction or significant shifts in material direction along the way.
