This primary bathroom located in a restored Portsmouth home is now a beautiful and luxurious space to start and end each day. The homeowners knew they wanted to have a refreshing and modern style in the bathroom. Replacing an acrylic surround with a large tiled walk-in shower brightened and opened up the space. The bold star floor tile on the main floor makes a beautiful statement while in the shower a wood-grained tile on the walls adds texture and movement. The vanity features slab-style doors in rich cherry wood that adds a masculine feeling to the bath. Polished chrome hardware compliments the deep tones of cherry wood and gives a contemporary feeling to the vanity. Having plenty of space for linens within the bath was a priority. A custom-built dresser that matches the vanity offers a beautiful storage solution. The rich tones paired with modern design elements give a sense of relaxation from the moment you step into this bathroom.
