Simplistic Beauty

This primary and guest bathroom renovation has transformed this home and has given each of these spaces the relaxing aesthetic that the homeowners imagined. Making each of these baths feel brighter and more spacious was at the core of each design. The color choices of black and white were the perfect foundation for classic bathroom designs. In the guest bath, the shower and tub enclosure features a dark tile with veining that brings plenty of drama to the space. The large vanity was designed to maximize the available wall space and features plenty of storage and an integrated linen closet. In the primary bath, many of the same design features were carried throughout. The surround features a bright white subway tile that brings a refreshed and modern feel to the bath, and in the niche, a blue mosaic tile is the perfect pop of color. On the main floor, a retro-inspired basketweave tile brought in pattern and texture.
