Beautiful Neutrals

Refreshing and brightening both the primary and guest bathrooms was the focus of this renovation. The homeowners wanted a neutral color scheme that would be accentuated by luxurious elements in each bathroom. Icaria Blanco porcelain tile is featured on the floor and the shower walls of the primary bathroom and on the tub surround of the guest bathroom, providing warmth, texture, and a decidedly elegant feel. The shower in the primary bathroom was enlarged and in the guest bathroom the shower and tub combination was redesigned with a deeper soaker tub and tile surround. The stone colored vanity chosen for both rooms features LG Soprano Quartz counters and brushed nickel hardware, bringing in soft grays and giving a cohesive look to each space. Niches in each bathroom are a high end feature that compliment the serene design. Using the same upscale finishes in the two spaces lends a continuity and a sumptuous feel to the home.
